Data Analysis Workshop - Week 1:
How to Analyze Your Data from Start to Finish

What We Cover In This Data Analysis Workshop Series

This workshop is designed to guide you step-by-step through the four phases of the data analysis process.

Phase 1: Selecting the Correct Statistical Test:

You will learn how to select the correct statistical test using your research question(s) and information about the levels of measurement of your variables.

Phase 3: Preliminary Analysis Phase:

You will learn how to perform Cronbach's alpha. You will also learn how to learn how to perform test of parametric assumptions including normality, linearity, homoscedasticy, extreme outliers, multicollinearity, etc. (depends on your statistical tests).

Phase 2: Data Preparation Phase

You will learn how to check your data for data errors and missing values, clean your data, how to recode and reverse code your variables, and how to compute new variables and scales

Phase 4: Primary Analysis Phase

You will learn how to perform the one-way ANOVA, factorial ANOVA, repeated measures ANOVA, multiple regression, logistic regression. These tests are used to evaluate your null hypotheses.
